D.C. 上诉法院 Welcomes Comments on Proposed Amendments to 规则 of Professional Conduct

In response to a proposal from the D.C. 酒吧, the court is considering whether to amend D.C. 规则 of Professional Conduct 1.2 relating to limited-scope representation. Memoranda explaining the amendments proposed by the 酒吧 are included within the notice. The court specifically invites interested parties to address whether the court should adopt the 酒吧's proposal or the approach reflected in the corresponding American 酒吧 Association model rule.

This notice is published to provide interested parties an opportunity to submit written comments concerning the proposals under consideration. Comments must be submitted by July 31, 2018. Comments may be submitted by email, or submitted in writing to:
